Silent walkthrough of CFMWS website.

AKA worked with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services to create a new global, bilingual website to serve over 200,000 CAF members, veterans, Extended Defence Team, and their families across the world.

AKA consolidated seven sites into one new global, bilingual, user-centric site for members serving across 85 bases as well as veterans and Extended Defence Team. As well as leveraging Kentico Xperience Enterprise Edition's features, AKA implemented multifaceted geolocation to align users with their nearest base and CAF discounts across the globe.

Over 200,000 CAF Members and veterans can instantly access personalized resources on health, fitness, and finance, available at their locally or globally, and can log in to receive member benefits including CAF Discounts. 

The site's pages seamlessly blend local and global content for best UX. Over 200 editors across the world use workflow with two-tier administrator approval to ensure consistent voice and business process.   AKA integrated Google APIs, Kentico Xperience Content Personalization, and custom integration with CFMWS’s membership CRM to create a highly intuitive personalized user experience.

"Kentico Xperience Enterprise Edition features enabled us to create a personalized bilingual website for CAF members and CFMWS Administrators across the globe.   Integrating Azure Active Directory and Client CRM  allowed member logon, and population of member profiles from CRM into Kentico user records.  This enabled definitive personalization by Kentico’s Personas, Contact Groups, and Marketing Automation.  Kentico’s Module system allowed a sophisticated workflow system for a hierarchy of over 200 administrators across the world."
